The West Haven High School football team hosted New Britain last night in the CIAC Class LL Quarterfinals and defeated the Hurricanes, 28-14. With the win, the third-seeded Blue Devils advance to the Semifinals this Sunday, December 3rd, and will head to second-seeded Greenwich. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

West Haven, who is ranked seventh in the GameTimeCT Top 10 poll, enters Sunday’s contest with a 9-2 record. Greenwich is ranked third in the same poll and boasts a 10-1 record.
