Today was Savin Rock’s Holiday Festival including vendors, the new pie-a-teacher station, and even Santa got in on the action! A fun day all around!
The Pre-K classes had a parade to celebrate Thanksgiving!
The 3rd grade students learned about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and how the iconic balloon floats are created. Students were tasked with designing and constructing their own balloon floats with the challenge of creating a device that would keep their balloon upright.

The West Haven Public Schools are participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2024-25 school year, allowing all students at participating schools to receive free breakfast and lunch without requiring household applications.
