Evaluations - Employee evaluation forms are used to formally review and document an employee's performance

On this page you will find teacher and administrative evaluation plans and evaluation procedures for noncertified staff. The purpose of this system is to foster the development of good employee performance and provide a record of the employee's work performance. 

Evaluations for certified staff:
All teacher and administrator forms/ Observation plans for classroom teachers are embedded in the PD/Evaluation side of Frontline. These are all housed in there and assigned to the staff each year via their evaluation cycle.
