March has been a busy month for students at Pagels! Leprechauns, the Carolina Panthers’ mascot, and the Denver Broncos’ cheerleaders along with Hall of Fame college football players, all visited the school! Additionally, students and Pete the Cat rocked out with Al DeCant for Read Across America Day, and a Character Day sponsored by the PTA brought lots of exciting costumes to Pagels, including Mickey!
Today, 3rd graders at Washington School presented projects to their families and peers. The students dressed up as characters and presented a written report full of facts, along with a visual to represent why that person has made an impact on their lives. Students answered questions from the audience, such as, when they were born, what they did to make an impact on the world, and why that student chose that person. The students did a fantastic job!
