Celebrating Growth at Savin Rock Elementary! 🎉
This week, we celebrated our incredible students in grades 1-4 for their fantastic progress! We recognized their achievements on the iReady math mid-year diagnostic, where many showed high growth since the fall. We also honored the impressive number of lessons passed in Lexia, along with students who completed the Lexia program. Additionally, we celebrated those who scored a 4 on the reading, writing, or overall sections of the LAS Links assessment!

This morning Bailey Middle School hosted an assembly by Motivational Media Assemblies through the National Alliance for Youth Development entitled “LIVE OUT LOUD”. This assembly was sponsored by the Youth and Family Services for the City of West Haven. The assembly was engaging and interactive for all students! Important topics like overcoming obstacles, drug prevention, bullying, emotional wellness, peer pressure, and collaborative problem-solving were all covered over the duration of the presentation.
